If you don't understand that Jesus is God, then read your Bible. You can start with John 1:1, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." (NIV) and "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." (KJV) and "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." (NASB) and "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." (NRSV) and every other translation. If you don't believe the Bible -- every translation -- then I can't help you.
Again, I gave an analogy. Ice is water; steam is water; water is water. They are all water, just in different forms. If you put ice in a galss and pour water over it, you have ice water. They coexist!
Jesus being God's son and being God is understood by the same principle. Meditate on this and perhaps it will be come clear to you: Jesus is God, just in a different form. Jesus and God can be separate yet coexist, just like ice and water.
You asked "How is that possible if their [sic] the same entity?" The above gives you the answer.
Again, stop the "false pride" nonsense. Boasting about your lack of understanding makes you look foolish.
