Are we to assume that Michal had children after she died?

The author of James was not one of the 12. He was a half brother to Jesus. And seeing that the only biological parent of Jesus was Mary, he would have to be a son of Mary.

1 cor 15:17 says nothing about brethren
Acts 1:14 refers to spiritual brethren like rev 12:1 who are the spiritual children of Mary!

James 1:1
