Searing in the juices of course, good idea!ill tell you, doing a steak on high in a cast iron or metal skillet (with a lid, of course) makes a pretty good steak if grilling isn’t an option. And if it’s a thin ny strip, 1 minute each side. But heat skillet and oil hot before you put in in.

Okay that looks amazing.I already ate the bacon, 1/4 cup sour kraut, and boiled egg ...and saved the best for last. lol (Having stevia sweetened hibiscus tea with it.)

Toast some whole grain bread, butter it with real butter and slather it with real peanut butter+raw honey ...add in a little molasses (for iron and richness) ....you could even add in some nutritional yeast into the PB+honey and they won't even know they're getting extra B-vitamins. lolWe had one of those chickens from Walmart with a chef salad and McDonald's fries. My daughter... I tell you she just wants to live on peanut butter sandwiches. But at least peanut butter and whole wheat bread is healthy at least. I'm trying to encourage her to eat different things. At school she does pretty well, I'm just not much of a cook honestly.
