You know there is truth in what you say, you and @Cristo Rei, IMO. Since hitting the shores of the Pilgrims years back, I did get lots of push back and snarly looks and even daggers chucked at me when I tried to present my 'innocent' satire or corny humor, as I laughed at life and people and things. I did get this disease from NZ, indeed. The life in NZ and at school centered around it a lot. It was fun and a real form of communication. I still 'play communicate it on my wife and in my local community, all the time. It's like breathing. You cannot do without it. They call me Henri at times, and 'here comes trouble'.....I say there's a time to get going and be serious, and many times to just kick back and laugh at life, even at the expense of others...heheh...

Oh, one more thing. When I came over to the States, they said I spoke way too fast for them, even in the NE of the States. Another thing you don't realize would be different until you have to communicate, and I learned to throttle it back a bit for every one....

I seen last night as i was surfing TV stations during an ads i seen some brat kid having a go at his mum for being an anti vaxer, he may be 16yo ? so I did not watch the whole show through but the brat was claiming the high road and the TV show people were his ilk and they came up with a lot of Facebook etc morons making money out of selling anything from pills and promotional clothing etc and making good money out of such a deal. well ok yes I see such nonsense pop up as well on ads when surfing the web on anything all the time. so yes the scammers are out their.
Ok I am not an anti-Vaccine person but I am anti COVID Jab because it's not a Vaccine ! someone should take the people who are claiming that the COVID Jab is a Vaccine to Court and have such dismissed as a Vaccine in fact because it's an out right full on Lie ! it's false misleading information in fact, that's what it is, is experimental drug for a start and the more one looks into this the more such looks way out their on the lunatic fringe being a totally new so far radical experimental drug that's way beyond a joke.
I have always been against drugs that one does not truly know or understand, I would never take ICE Crack or promote any such because for one major point, what is it ? well ok forget it because if it looks some what dodgy to me I will not take it for a start. I have rules for myself that I abide by and I do not brake them for anyone regardless of what anyone thinks and no one is going to twist my arm to take anything.
Say 30 years ago I had some moron put Speed in my drink, he thought it was a joke ! I pointed it out to everyone there, don't ever spike my drink, it's not a Joke to me at all. I do not support such idiot actions and such will most likely be met with a punch in the face next time. just because I smoked dope on occasions does not mean that I am into taking drugs at all.
I do not have great faith in Governments as well, why ? well I know from my years of experience not to openly trust them because of their track record for a start is well below the standards that I set for myself in fact. I do not look up to them at all due to experience and all. I wish I could but I don't ! and that's a fact. In fact I don't give a rats what they may claim because they openly tell lies all the time, not to mention some years ago the Left openly changed Laws so they could openly lie.
It was once the right honourable Mr etc who was sworn in to Public office but now it's ? a two faced Dog that has little regard for the office or anyone but themselves nowadays and it's one big free for all in the ACT, I am sure that they are all on ICE or such at times. Well they have been selling out the Nation for years in fact and no one could be so stupid to reject the fact. but I ask myself what can a Government do when you have others ? who pull the strings that are lurking in the shadows of the real powers that have been working their delusions over us, dragging our Nations down and promoting low life trash people to dominate over us all. so that we have to live in fear of such as them deranged degenerates.

In the state of Victoria last year, the cop's made millions of dollars in fining people for things like not wearing masks, breaking lockdown rules and even talking about protesting on social media.
But, the people who decided to challenge it in court actually had their cases dropped by the courts

The Biden Administration will be deploying “Delta variant” response teams across the country to communities with low vaccination rates.
The teams will be made up of officials from the CDC, Department of Health and Human Services and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, according to CNN.
The government officials will be focused on communities with low vaccination rates as Biden’s goal of 70% vaccination by 4th of July falls short.
As of this week, only 47.2% of Americans are fully vaccinated.
CNN reported:
The White House has deployed similar response teams in the past, but this is the first time they are focused on the Delta variant, a White House official said. These response teams will conduct surge testing, provide therapeutics like monoclonal antibodies and deploy federal personnel to areas that need support staff for vaccinations.
The White House coronavirus team is spearheading this effort and officials expect the teams will help with everything from boosting testing, providing supplies and potentially increasing paid media efforts targeting regions where vaccinations are low.
While these response teams are being sent to prop up communities, officials believe vaccinations are the number one way to stop the spread and recognize there could be a limit to their efforts. Most US adults who plan to get vaccinated against Covid-19 have already done so, according to a Kaiser Family Foundation report released this week.
Republican Senator Rand Paul (KY) pushed back on fearmongers using the “Delta” variant as a pretext to reimpose mask mandates and lockdowns.
