I didn't know he does believe in us.God will never stop believing in us.

I didn't know he does believe in us.God will never stop believing in us.
Yeah, that just means he knows how it all ultimately ends for everything and everybody.Sovereignty, Omniscience, knew our name before the world was made.
Anti-Osas is not anti-eternal salvation/life. It only appears that way to Osasers because of what they say 'eternal life' means. The anti-eternal Salvation doctrine denies God first.
Free will in no way takes away God's sovereignty. No more than a rat that can freely move about in a scientist's maze somehow takes away the sovereignty of the scientist. It denies God is Sovereign.
Nooo, context has everything to do with having respect for Exegesis and God's word.:)It's a common tactic when someone doesn't like what God said to say "out of context".
Anti-Osas does not remove the doctrine of predestination. It understands it for what it actually means. God's predetermined plan and outcome will not be hindered. That's why we should make it a point to be a part of it by believing in the promises, and continuing to believe in the promises. It insists God lied when he tells us all things are predestined according to his will, his plans, and for his own Glory.
Oh, that's true for those opposed to Gods word generally. There is no deflection. There is nothing in Osas that can't be challenged.
That's why we should make it a point to be among the elect by believing the gospel, and continuing to believe the gospel.God died to bring eternal irrevocable salvation to his elect.
Why does everyone who quotes that verse leave out vs. 12?Oh, that's true for those opposed to Gods word generally.
2 Timothy 2:13 :)
2 Timothy 2:13 is entirely true in anti-Osas. What you're failing to do is recognize the difference between a believer being unfaithful while still being a believer (you know, like when you cheat on your taxes), and the believer who denies Christ altogether (vs. 12).2 Timothy 2:13
“If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.”
Anti-eternal life doctrine calls that falsity too.
No. See, anti-eternal salvation proponents refusing to acknowledge those scriptures that tell us Christians don't make a habit of sinning, and those who do are not actually saved, doesn't make the scriptures go away.Anti-Osas is not anti-eternal salvation/life. It only appears that way to Osasers because of what they say 'eternal life' means.
That's why you need to remain His by continuing to believe to the very end. The believer who denies Him no longer belongs to Him, and so He is not denying Himself when He denies the person who has stopped believing.God does not deny himself.

I'm surprised you're unaware of John 3:16.I didn't know he does believe in us.
Peter did not deny that Jesus was the Christ. He did not go back to his old life of sin in defiance of Christ being the Messiah. Peter got scared for his own skin. Peter denied knowing him, not denied he was the Messiah.Peter denied Jesus three times.
He was still saved. As Jesus assured him personally in this life.
If you keep believing, then you are eternally sealed by the Holy Spirit. We endure to the end as ones sealed eternally by the holy spirit.
Well, we sure don't endure to the end on our own. We will endure to the end, as long as we continue to believe to the very end.We endure to the end because he is within us.
The new Osas is the one that make grace a license to sin. Which one do you believe in, the new Osas, or the old one?We know it is a lie that eternal security in Christ, eternal salvation, is a license to sin. It is not.
Jesus died to establish a new Covenant of Priest and Sacrifice that never stops interceding for the person who believes in it (unlike the old covenant of priest and sacrifice that did stop interceding). That's why we're exhorted to keep believing in it.....Jesus died to seal the truth of eternal irrevocable salvation within us.
