The Fork In The Road Dream
In my dream, I was standing in a field, in front of a small gravel walking track. The walking track was in the middle of that field with dry grass growing on each side. I followed the track until it got to a fork, which split into two different directions. On the right side, I could see a tilled vegetable garden with what appeared to be brassicas growing. I could see some cauliflowers, broccoli, and other produce that were growing above ground. (It's important to note that these vegetables were growing on the top of the soil, not like root vegetables that grow under the soil). On the left side of the fork in the road was an orchard. I followed the track toward the left (orchard) and noticed a lot of old apple trees there. There were leaves on the trees but no fruit, and they had lichen growing on the trucks and some of the branches. In between the trees there were younger fruit trees growing with leaves, and they were fruiting. I heard a narrator say that they were fruit of many kinds.
I continued to follow the track, which led to a river that was sheltered by trees. It had fern growing on one side with rocks and large boulders on my side. I found suitable rock and sat down to watch the river flow by. It was a very calm and peaceful place, then I heard a narrator speak again, saying, “The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations." Dream Ended.
